What we do

Every rider gets a ride that fits.

We match the vehicle, the equipment, and the pace to each rider — wheelchair, stretcher, or a steady arm for the walk. Pick the service that fits, and we handle the rest.

    Why Priority One

The difference is in the details riders feel.

Anyone can drive someone to an appointment. We built the training, the timing, and the communication around what actually matters to riders and their families.

Door through door — not curb to curb

We meet riders at their door, assist them all the way to the vehicle, and walk them to the check-in desk. Then we do the same in reverse on the way home.

    01

    Safety is the whole job

ADA-approved vehicles with hydraulic lifts and ramps, proper wheelchair securement, and a team dedicated to safe, respectful handling on every single trip.

    02

    On-time is the standard

Appointments, therapy, chemo, and dialysis don't wait — so we don't either. We build in time for traffic and securement, and communicate clearly at every step.

    03

    Private pay & facility friendly

We serve private-pay clients and contracted facilities with flat, quoted-up-front rates and dependable coordination for case managers and care teams.

    04

    A calm, familiar face

We work to keep recurring riders with the same driver whenever possible. Familiarity lowers stress — and lower stress is half the ride.

    05

Absolutely. Unlike curb-to-curb companies, we meet you at your pickup point and stay with you all the way through your destination and back.

Ambulatory service is for riders who can walk with assistance. Wheelchair service keeps you comfortably in your own chair with a 4-point securement system. Stretcher service is for non-emergency transfers of patients who need to remain lying down.
